Recovery run today. Trying to get used to adding a recovery run as opposed to taking the day off, my body felt like I could do it. Trying to be careful because in the past when I have run back to back day after day I have been injured.

Had a good run this morning was done by 9:30am and it was getting a little warm outside.

My legs were really tight during that first mile but I finished strong.

Ran 6 miles after work. Usually I only run 4 miles if it is a weekday and 6 miles on the weekend so it was nice to push myself although now I am so tired!

Beautiful weather in Los Angeles this morning. Did 4 miles loops around my neighborhood. It was too dark in the morning due to daylight savings time to run in the park.

Still, made for a good run and I am glad I got it done first thing in the morning.
