I am married to my college sweetheart who is from Ohio and is the one who convinced this Kenyan to start running, hahaha.I hated it at first but finally came around and wish I had started sooner.
Ran / walked as my knees are still reocovering. I need to get some new shoes.
Woke up at 5am and had a piece of toast then ran before work. It is so hot in los angeles!
Good run this morning. My legs are feeling better and stronger.
Had trained at SM stairs yesterday with Muri so legs were pretty sore this morning. Foam rolled then headed out this morning and managed 4 miles.
