Remain positive and kind to all, be happy, get up early and thank God for the day, get out the door and run at my own pace.

I am married to my college sweetheart who is from Ohio and is the one who convinced this Kenyan to start running, hahaha.I hated it at first but finally came around and wish I had started sooner.

Recovery run today. Trying to get used to adding a recovery run as opposed to taking the day off, my body felt like I could do it. Trying to be careful because in the past when I have run back to back day after day I have been injured.
