Personal:
I am married to my college sweetheart who is from Ohio and is the one who convinced this Kenyan to start running, hahaha.I hated it at first but finally came around and wish I had started sooner.
Was feeling a little sick and tired this morning so decided to run in the evening after work at Silverlake. It was a good cool evening and I had a good run. Felt good after taking time off following the weekend's long run.
Ran 14 miles on Saturday in 3 hours. Legs felt really tired during the last 4 miles and the sun was getting hotter. Glad to have gotten the run in! I hope my time gets better but so far I am glad to be running with less injuries.
